PT. Suryamas Gemilang Lubricant has been incorporated on June 15, 2006. At a young age, the company has shown growth and rapid increase either in terms of business, finance, asset or human resources. At the beginning of the establishment, the company has gained direct trust from one of the largest automotive car manufacturers in Indonesia in fulfilling their lubrication needs of two and four wheeled vehicles, dedicating themselves to move in the field of lubricants in accordance with the vision and mission of the company.
The progress achieved by the company cannot be separated from the three (3) main factors, namely human resources, business processes and values ​​or culture of the company. The human resources make an important contribution in the development of the company. Through a selective recruitment process basedon talent, will and character and supported by the continuous training, the company has competent and qualified resources in their respective field.
The second factor that is not less important is the business process that runs in the company. With accurate mapping of the business process, and consistent in its application shows the company wishes to create a good and systematic procedure in running the company's operations. As a result, the company managed to achieve standardization through the certification of Quality Management ISO 9001: 2008 in February 2010. It doesn’t just stop there, the company also seeks to achieve the standardization of other certifications such as Work Safety in the upcoming years. In order to develop the future business, the company also equipsfactory facilities in the form of warehouse expansion, additional power capacity, procurement of tank lubricants, oil & grease filling machines, laboratory equipment as well as other supporting machineries. Additionally, the company has had a blending facility as a commitment in the development of the company's products, services and fulfilling the lubricant needs of its customers. With the support of the lubricant principal suppliers, suppliers and customers, the company seeks to better meet and serve the lubricant needs in accordance with customer demands.
The third factor which is very important in the advancement of the company's business is the application of the values ​​or culture of the company in all work units or departments. The values​​of "CARE" formulated by the Management and the Board of Directors are not a mere jargon but more than that, it needs a concerted effort in order to be manifested in the lives of their everyday work.
An integrated synchronization of the above three factors is a step that must be run by the company to be able to lay the foundation towards the ideals of the company in becoming the first choice provider of the energy solution, especially in the field of lubricants.
