STOP CARD

 

“Stop card” is media of implementation safety from items QHSSE policy at PT SGL and was approved by President Director. Function from “stop card” is if to see unsafe activity, PIC form “stop card” must be conduct stop of working(temporary) until working safe. “Stop card” also HSSE a program very efficient, representative from worker must be participate of active in implementation HSSE at PT SGL.

 

 

Please, your reported “Stop Card” activity to HSSE and enter reports in to form NCOR (Non Conformity Observation Report) that has been provided. Let’s apply HSSE culture to improve productivity and the absence of accidents, lack of occupational diseases and the absence damage to property company PT SGL.
